When you place an order online, we will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours to schedule a shipping date for with you to receive your animal(s).

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are not satisfied with your shipment for any reason we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight, or refund your money if notified within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours of the shipment's arrival, we assume no further liabilities.

Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal in. If you are in doubt about husbandry we are gladly here to help and will do so throughout the time you own this animal(s). This includes temperature, bedding, enclosure, etc.

All animal shipments are shipped Fed Ex Priority overnight or UPS Next Day Air. Shipping fees on orders is determined at time of sale.

We make every effort to pack animals according to weather conditions, but can not guarantee animals when the high temperature is above 90, or the low temperature is below 35 degrees. BRB Reptiles is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind, credit only.

Please make sure to provide your complete and correct address information... a wrong street number, zip code, missing suite or apartment number may cause your package to be undeliverable. BRB Reptiles takes no responsibility if you provide incorrect address and can not guarantee health or live arrival.
